This is the official letter sent to Douglas Faulkner-Woolley informing him about the auction of Titanic’s telemotor that went ahead on15th April 1987. Despite this proving his ownership, the telemotor was on display at London’s O2 Arena in 2011 without him being notified. The piece has visibly been wrenched from the hoardings and both bend and with scars left by sawing equipment.
